Ordering

What is your order minimum?

There is a $1,000 order minimum, calculated after the bulk discount is applied. The order minimum does not include taxes and shipping costs.

Do you offer any customization or printing on bulk items?

We do offer customizations such as logos (non-trademarked), embroidery, or color options for bulk orders.

Can I pre-order next season online?

At this time, only the items listed on the website are eligible for bulk purchasing.

Can I apply a promo code to a bulk order?

You will receive a bulk order discount code. Other promo codes are not valid for any bulk purchase.

Can I cancel or make adjustments to my bulk order?

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been placed. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we immediately start processing your order as soon as it’s placed. Changes include, but are not limited to, address updates, product sizing, product color choice, and product purchase quantity.

What happens if an item in my order is unavailable?

If an item in your order is unavailable, you will be notified via email. You will be refunded for the full amount of the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.

Do you put my items on hold for my bulk order?

No, we do not. Once you send us your bulk order, someone from our team will confirm your request and get back to you as soon as possible with your invoice. It's possible that items will lower in inventory the longer your invoice remains unpaid, as we are unable to reserve products for bulk orders.

How do I know if my order was received?

Once we have received your order, we will send you a detailed confirmation email.


Shipping

Do you offer Free Shipping?

All bulk orders are eligible for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to additional necessary processing time, please allow an additional 2-3 business days on top of the standard processing timeframe to fulfill your order.

Please keep in mind we only deliver on business days, not weekends or federal holidays.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

We will do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Emotionless.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Do you offer tracking for my order?

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes tracking. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.

Can I ship to an international address?

At this time, we only ship bulk orders to the United States.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We typically use FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

My order was lost or says delivered but I never received it?

If packages are lost in transit, you will need to work directly with the shipping provider to find your package. The receiver will need to file a claim with the correct shipping carrier for any lost items.

Where will my order ship from?

All our products ship from any of our warehouses, located in Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC, or San Diego, CA.


Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We gladly accept payments by Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and all major credit/debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We also accept Bitcoin through our affiliate Bitpay. At this time, we do not accept Bill Me Later, C.O.D, or checks.

Can I use multiple credit cards to complete my purchase?

There is only one form of payment available.


Returns & Warranty

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted on bulk orders unless the items are damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@emotionless.com right away with your order number, photo, and item description. We will either replace or refund you for the item.

What is the warranty for products purchased at Emotionless.com?

If your product is flawed due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge for up to one year from the original time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. If we do not have the item in stock, we will provide you with an online credit or a refund.
