WHAT CURRENCIES ARE SUPPORTED?

All available currencies are listed in the drop-down menu under the flag icon. The flag icon can be found in the header at the top right off the screen.

 

 

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS ALREADY DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NO RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Please email support@emotionless.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

WHEN WILL MY BACK ORDERED ITEM SHIP?

EMOTIONLESS aims to ship out all back ordered items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any pre-orders or backorders to ship. If you have any questions, please email support@emotionless.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

EMOTIONLESS aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be packed in our warehouse, but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once you order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a back order item, which normally ship within 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions, please email support@emotionless.com
Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience! We have an extremely high overall customer service and satisfaction rating for a reason.
In a rush? We provide the option to purchase priority processing, which will allow you to jump the queue in the warehouse and guarantee the order is packed and on it's way within 1 business day.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipping from our facilities located in Charlotte, North Carolina Fort Mill, South Carolina, or San Diego, California.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU NOT SHIP TOO?

We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, North Korea, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan and Tristan da Cunha.

Email us at support@emotionless.com and we can give you more information. While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAXES?

All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax.

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Returns are offered within 14 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please email us at support@emotionless.com.
